This Tour Operates Every Monday
Day 1: Monday – Arrival in Jerusalem
Upon arrival at the airport, you will meet our representative and transfer to your hotel in Jerusalem for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tuesday – Jerusalem: Sightseeing of the New City
Start the day with a panoramic view of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives. Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Agony.
Visit the Israel Museum’s Shrine of the Book, home to the famous Dead Sea Scrolls, followed by a visit to the beautifully renovated model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the time of the Second Temple.
Continue to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the six million Jews who were killed in the Holocaust.
In the afternoon, drive to the picturesque village of Ein Karem, the traditional birthplace of John the Baptist.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Wednesday – Jerusalem: Old City & Bethlehem*
Enter through one of the gates into the walled Old City to visit the restored Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall, the Temple area, and the colorful bazaars.
Walk along the Via Dolorosa and the Stations of the Cross, ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
Drive to Mount Zion and visit the Tomb of King David, the Room of the Last Supper, and Dormition Abbey.
In the afternoon, continue to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and enjoy a view of the Shepherds’ Fields.*
Return to Jerusalem for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Thursday – Beit She’an / Nazareth / Galilee
Leave Jerusalem and drive north via Jericho, the oldest city in the world, through the Jordan Valley to Beit She’an.
Visit the excavations of this beautifully preserved Roman city.
Proceed to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and Joseph’s Carpentry Workshop.
Continue to Safed, the city of Kabbalah, for a walk through its mystical alleys and artists’ colony.
Proceed to a kibbutz hotel in Galilee for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Friday – Golan Heights and the Sea of Galilee
Drive to the Golan Heights. Visit the former Syrian fortifications and Druze villages.
Travel via Banias, one of the sources of the Jordan River, to the shores of the Sea of Galilee and Capernaum.
Visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue and St. Peter’s House.
Continue to Tabgha, where the miracle of the loaves and fishes is believed to have taken place, and then to the Mount of Beatitudes.
Proceed to Tiberias for a short tour of the ancient center of Jewish learning.
Return to the kibbutz hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Saturday – Acre / Haifa / Caesarea / Tel Aviv
After breakfast, drive west to Acre to visit the famous Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications.
Continue to Haifa for a sightseeing tour, including the Bahá’í Shrine, the Persian Garden, and Mount Carmel for a panoramic view of the city and the bay.
Proceed south to Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and the Crusader fortress.
Continue to Tel Aviv–Jaffa for a short city tour and transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Sunday – Day at Leisure in Tel Aviv
Enjoy a free day in Tel Aviv.
Alternatively, you may join an optional full-day tour to Masada and the Dead Sea (please contact us for the price per person).
Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Day 8: Monday – Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
Site under the jurisdiction of the Palestinian Authority. Visits are subject to the current situation.
