Cheese Workshop
The workshop includes learning beyond the wonder of goat milk and goat cheese. Explanation about the cheese world, types of cheeses, the production process, the basic principles of cheese – what are good bacteria and what are bad bacteria and the benefits of goat's milk. The practical part: Each participant will receive a personal burner with goat milk and will prepare for himself goat's cheese according to his personal taste.
After the cheese preparation, the participants will be invite to taste our boutique wine and goat cheese made by our dairy to test the professional potential of the cheese they made...
